Photos in the app are crowd-sourced from the Project Weather group on Flickr (flickr.com/projectweather). The number of photos displayed for each location in the app will continue to increase with new photo submissions.

Bug fixes
You can now see the location date and time inside the application and in the 2x2 widget.
We added an option to show the current temperature in the Status Bar Notification area.
You can select any location to show the temperature. Just pull down the notification bar to see
more detailed information. Clicking on it will take you directly to the location weather page.
We also added an option to show the severe weather alert in the Status Bar Notification area.
This option is for US only.
